I used to get morning wood everyday and it always used to be strong. I used to masturbate like 4 times a day ( that was back in summer though )

about 2 days ago I started getting semi wood about 20-50% erect, any solution to this?
I don't have problem getting it up though so I don't have any erectile dysfunction

for context: I go to the gym, I'm healthy weight with very little bodyfat, I smoke, I eat a lot of protein and carbs everyday, and I sleep pretty normally, and I masturbate once a day
