Moron overtook me at the wrong time

I was cycling and was gonna turn left off the road, but had to move to the right of a parked car. Another car was behind me, just caught up with me. So I signal right to show I'm going round the parked car, and this idiot decides to overtake me on my right at that moment.

So I had to swerve back left because someone thinks it's a good time to overtake when the bike in front is trying to go around a parked car.

I'm willing to bet they were a paki as well
