Morph and ways I can become like this irl

So I’ve posted this already but I think I got off topic in the thread. Bottom line is that I’ve finally figured it what I want looks and it’s more or less looking like my morphed pics from FaceApp. My guess right now to achieve this is below. Tell me if it’s feasible and if the morphed pics look as film good as I think they do.

Jawline implants
Canthoplasty or some similar eye work for shape
Blue contacts


Let me know if I missed anything aside from head transplant, reincarnate or killing myself. Looking for actual strategies to achieve this

Even if u manage to hardly change ur eye shape u will never have this eye area and coloring halos, also frontal area and temples area are impossible to change by osteotomy surgeries, Eppley implants look bad as fuck in harmony in top of it and cost more than 10 000 euros and so

Also never use the star filter because it is unrealistic as fuck, looks like 2 different persons at final

So what can I do? My biggest worry is getting bimax or some other surgery and finding that it doesn’t make any major improvement. Also for the temple area I have a plastic surgeon that was talking about flairing my zygote out very slightly

Use Hollywood 2 and see these changes first, it is still plenty you and realist to see what to change, usually the nose is impacted

Those are some with the Hollywood filter but they’re underwhelming to say the least. Seems like they put make up on my so I don’t have flab on my face. Also I’m already lean enough that I shouldn’t have such a flabby face. It’s bad bone support

Cheekbones mass and projection is average in ur case, it can explain why u look like that even lean

So my cheekbones making me look fatter? My forward projection is horrid btw that’s why I believe I look fat

So I’m guessing bimax. I’ve been told that numerous times and I’m working on it but I continue asking because I feel like there’s other things I might need to address as well

I’m low body fat. Upper abs are visible and I’ve got veins on my arms. The only fat I carry is very low on my belly. But no reason for my face to look chipmunk/ melted like it does. What would you suggest procedure wise?

Maxilla should always be the first hardmaxx to do and so to fix

A more forward bimax can give to ur soft tissues more forward angularity because the rounded lines will become projectly etired and so more straight, this can debloat u a bit for sure because recessed maxilla is correlated to bombous aspect in cheeks even lean

I hope so. It’s out of reach for me at this point and unfortunately I don’t know if mid facial implants could give me some forwar dprojection in the meantime.

Agreed. I just spoke to my main plastic surgeon but he's adamantly against bimax. Basically he says that it won't affect the upper midface enough so he's suggesting fat grafts around my malar area and zygos. He says I need volume and that the fat grafts could be used for the upper lip area as well. I'm paying lip service that I won't go for bimax but I agree with him that the upper maxilla would need something even with a bimax.
