MORPH showing to ortho

I tried to morph myself as realistic as I could to show my ortho as for the custom MARPE I am planning on getting. Increased bizygomatic width by 5mm, moved the infra-orbitals 1mm forwards and increased my canthal tilt by 1.5 degrees to name the major stuff. Didn't touch my mandible or the skin quality, barber fried me a week ago - used to have long lucious hair.
Thoughts ? What could I try modifying - keep in mind I have a maxillofacial surgeon also at my disposal as my dads a doctor himself

haha thanks IG, no giant for me though. Im doing relatively well for myself in other aspects of life but am looking at MARPE cause its convenient for my specific situation ( too pussy and not enough ROI to surgerymaxx )
