Cheekbone implants usually look uncanny asf or artificial which is not good. lip lift can be good if you have a long philtrum and rhino is worth it for someone who needs it as well. I think keep the rhino and the lip lift forget the fillers and the implant most likely won't happen that quick. I think the best ROI for you is Rhino and lip lift

Thats because there's hardy any custom midface implant before and afters on the internet, mostly off the shelf silicone or medpore which will always look uncanny bc they're not shaped to YOUR bones. Pagnoni showed me 10 before and afters for customs and they we're all amazing, literally halo'd most of their faces in the after, especially the girls who had them.

Granted most of those ppl also had a bimax or genio but still, the change to the midface was insane.
