read wikipedia articles, question things you read/hear and put effort into getting better understanding, calculate instead of taking someone else's estimate/calculation for granted, take interest in things you use/see in your daily life. Your smartphone, why does it work the way it does? etc.

Most people are dating with the ultimate goal of finding someone to start a family and have kids. 40+ foids have little to no fertility so most men won't even consider them for anything longterm. Plus at that point their looks have deteriorated significantly in most cases and noone is willing to put effort, time and resources in courting and investing in them. Sure there are exceptions like a supermodel who lived a healthy lifestyle, has good genes, and got quite a bit of cosmetic work, but most women are plain looking and go downhill quite fast, so if they were a 5 at 20, they are a 3 at 40. I bet a lot of guys at that point also have enough money to be able to afford some young hot prostitute/escort compared to when they were 20 and broke. The difference between men and women is that men are fine putting effort and investing a lot of resources if they are getting a hot woman to bang, while women don't want to invest anything and get a Chad to fuck them, but also expect him to treat them like royalty and give them the princess treatment. Unfortunately, princesses are usually 20 and beautiful, not middle aged and looking like garbage.

Outside of USA specifically you can truly understand how real the wall actually is. In the US its ok to become a single mother as there are millions of simps begging to be the clean up guy. In places like EE/Russia if a woman becomes a single mother its a dating death sentence and she is truly fucked as no man will ever take her seriously.
Likewise, when a woman outside the US hits 30 she has no idea how over it actually is. They don't realize that their time as a young, beautiful, fertile woman is actually a very small window compared to their overall lifespan. Once that's gone they have many years left to live without the world catering to them, and that's a very hard reality to adjust to which completely changes their whole demeanor.
I've lost track of the amount of women I've personally observed from the time they were in their teens/early 20s spend all these years either being a hoe or getting off on rejecting guys like its their life purpose, either way doing fuck all with their life. They've all aged noticeably, not started a family, and the few that actually had an LTR were with subhumans which didn't last.
Once a woman hits 30 the aging process goes from gradual to rapid and her chances of getting an LTR with any non-subhuman go to 0.
