Dickpill - Only over if micropenis which is rare and can be fixed/prevented many times. Always can enlarge through exercise or implants/surgery if more bold.

Phenopill - Some phenos may restrict you to that phenos region for the most part. However bones>pheno.

Norwood - Norwood reaper is brutal and comes for all. However it can be combated and some have better genetics than others(whites bald the most). If you have a large skull or a more rounded, full temple region(common in blacks, large skull, warrior pheno) then losing hair/going bald isn’t as bad and sometimes neutral.

Overall racepill is the worst imo. Even if you’re good looking and everything else is fine you still may not have wide appeal due to culture, Eurocentric beauty standards, lower status and sometimes even racism.
