Most comfortable shoe lifts?

All the ones Ive seen on Amazon have reviews saying they're not comfortable to wear. Which one do you guys use? Right now I only have snow shoes, wonder if it would even fit in those

i have both of them, the black insoles doesn't fit in all shoes and the white one (more comfortable) are my fav but they give less cm
