Most difficult country to slay

What's the most difficult country to slay? I personally have a feeling that both US and UK are the worst ones.

Scandinavia. Women and men are better looking that's why, although people are more high inhib because they spend 11 out of 12 months locked away in their rooms near the fireplace.

I would also add Muslim + conservative countries too, although SMV is lower if you can't lead the prayer you ain't fucking anyone

Also their cousins will most likely kill you (and her).
