Most effective way to grow masseters?

How can I grow my masseters? My lower third is very narrow and feminine looking. I’d say it’s my biggest failo. So how can I grow my masseters to make my face wider. And is there any other way to get wider lower third? I’ve heard that bonesmashing doesn’t really work on the mandible so maybe steroids is the only other option? I’m already chewing on some big jaw trainer thing, but it’s stupid and uncomfortable.
