It's something underrated and i don't see many people talking about it, but if your upper back is wide enough the biceps/triceps stick with it and look bigger than what they are.

I see lots of people who train but don't have that condition, and others who have never trained but are perceived as stronger than average just because of that.

I was a fat pig in that pic. I'm around 85kg now. I don't know but between 20 and 23% for sure. I'm cutting weight aggressively but it's hard while travelling because Asians like to eat shitloads of carbs. My normal diet is high in protein and fat but much lower in carb. Then I'm around 80kg. Goal is to return after travelling and to cut to 12% and gymcel a bit. I think my bones are heavy because I should be fatter for my height with that weight.

whats the swimmingpill? I know all swimmers are moggers, even ones at my local swimming pool. I literally saw a 6'3 med pheno htn there with an insane frame. My dad forced me to go swimming which probs helped me get a wide frame, sadly im still short though

Swimming doesn't give you a wide frame

It's the opposite in that guys with wide frames tend to be better swimmers
