Indeed, but not all of them, i had a girl in uni that was pretty intelligent socially and academically, she was also emotionally intelligent, but indeed it's rare to find a girl like that.

A big way to tell intelligence, which is pretty simple, is just by talking to them. If u can have a genuine conversation which they can hold up its a good sign. Honestly most women can't even have a proper conversation.

even if they are achedemically "smart" they still can't discuss things, bring up statistics, formulate critical points in a conversation without pulling some card. Try to discuss politics with a girl, they will not nearly be able to do it as well as men on average, obviously some are smart but from my experience this is how it seems to be.

Try asking a female about social dynamics and see if she doesn't understand more than males do
