I’m ethnic but my features are not common

My eyes are hooded, my nose is upturned, I have decent forward growth, I don’t have a fat round face. Amongst other ethnics, I’m basically the odd one out

No it isn't. Most people can tell you're autistic before you speak.
Most of being NT is the non verbal stuff

I've spoken to NT sounding people but their expressions are over the top, weird body language. I can tell in 5 seconds even though they talk confidently
