Sorry bro but you're wrong. Literally all you need to look jacked is great delts (anterior, posterior, middle) biceps, and triceps.

Pecs matter too but if I had to pick three those are what I'd choose.

Delts will make you fill out any shirt so they aren't covered up.

Unless you perma wear long sleeves or something biceps and tri's won't be covered up.

I'd include lats too but that's four. Lats are very important for looking wide. Big/wide lats + big delts = mogger frame tbqh.
