most introversion is simply a measure of your social anxiety

i have noticed over the years that noone truly dislikes interactions with other people, but more than anything else it's a paralysing fear of outcome and anxiety- however subtle, that dictates this behavior.

in the same vein- it becomes obvious why drugs that affect inhibition tend to have such a positive effect on people's capacity to socialise, even the ones that arent strictly euphoric or dopaminergic.

i recommend any incel contemplating his life to try mdma and go out raving once, and see how the average normie interacts with his world

Water, or at least it should be. Humans are social creatures.

imo this is not water at-least its not very commonly accepted among those who would delude themselves into thinking they are fine living in solitude.

Ye that why i said it should be. Introverts are usually sad they cant socialize properly and say they like being alone as a cope. Sure someone might like being alone more than others, but generally you can't live happily if your lonely for long periods of time.

I know "extroverts" who have anxiety, high inhibition and vice versa

generally there is a correlation between introversion and social anxiety yes, but all introverts aren't victims of an abused childhood

30-50% of the population is introverted

no extroverts have a high level of anxiety just casually conversing with others

I haven't had human interaction in a long time (other than my parents) it's changing me a lot and I'm going insane

with extroverts their anxiety is dependant on who they're talking to

all in all having such a simplistic take on introversion and ignoring genetic factors is no good. Many Asian countries have largely introverted cultures, being too outgoing there will be seen as the same being severely withdrawn in the US.

Imagine thinking that introversion or extroversion are real.

It is simply a matter of one's mental state and past that determines how they act.

Some people talk a lot because mental illness like bipolar, that ISN'T a positive thing.

Some people talk less due to low cortisol and high GABA androgens, THIS is a good thing.

Stop trying to pretend people are all magical and unique.

Many who talk a lot and won't shut the fuck up have the biggest problems of all.
