I guess mindset stuff and its hard for me to put on muscle people i see who are masculine typically have a dont give af attitude bearded or stubble and sleeve tats i unironically think this is the best way to be as a man and I dont like being young. Im 21 so its not puberty its gaining a brotherhood that I want.

I meant as in handling yourself and your own shit in life alone. A more physical presence helps you be less high inhib sure. What I mean is that you can't rely on any other guys and most guys will fuck you over in a second if it means getting ahead. Everything has to come from you.
