Just had a discussion recently on the exact same subject with my INTJ friend. Ti is the best function to have as your first or second function because it automatically means you are not a sheep and will do your own research regarding everything, even ESTPs with high Ti use come across as high IQ but most of the time they just spam SeFe for social acceptance. The worst thing by far though about Ti is that it can take a lot of time to form a strong opinion on something while a high Te user will just take the accepted route and never look back, altough once a high Ti user comes to a strong conclusion you can be sure it's one of the best. Basically Ti users build civilization and concepts and high Te users maintain civilization and practice the concepts.
