I am posting this thread for any one thinking about losing weight. As some one who has been able to drop about 11 pounds in 2 months I have some advice that really speed up the process around half way through the 2 month period. My first tip is to do 2 day water fast 2x a week. And during this time I would stock up on zero cal energy drinks such as monsters as I find while fasting I’m less hungry when drinking those. And then the one day period between those 2 water fasts I would say keep your diet very clean so only healthy vegetables that will keep you from getting bloated. Such as tomato, raw ginger, cucumber, And try doing this when you have school so you’re distracted from your hunger. And just in general stay away from all processed foods they make you feel like shit. It’s like watching porn and jerking off you don’t really see all the negative side effects until you stop
