You have been defeated by though trauma because of the circumstances of your past. But what is the problem is not the trauma but the lack of support you had.
In social psychology, social defeat is the negative experience of being excluded from the majority group
You have been perma-social stressed from your womb and abused into rotting.
Human victims typically experience symptoms like:
-low self esteem (due to low regard by the group)
-feelings of depression (due to unworthiness of efforts)
-social withdrawal (reduced investments in the social environment)
-anxiety (due to a threatening environment)
All of this points to being in a negative-feedback loop and bullied by society into submission. Rotting helps you cope because you are submissive now. But the whole problem is there is no support or positive thing in your life that helps you recover from the stress.
Now rotting in this case does not apply to people who are trying to make money and trying to fuck girls.

How to recover?
-Cutting out social aggression i do not think will help a lot but the focus should be on building a system of support and people you can trust.
Slaying will just be a cope move. It won't solve your problems. There is not slaying for your lack of support system. You should aim to have a system of support that will let you recover from the worst trauma. Not chase the lack of trauma or muh-stoic and tolerate everything with your willpower alone. Always be prepared for the worst situation. Instead of focusing on only trying to avoid the worst situation.
