Everything from the Norse Greek Roman Egyptian and other civilizations has myths about pagan gods who came down to earth.

These so called gods gave humanity vast knowledge and bred with women to create demigods...

The book of enochs which is the oldest written religious text mentions a race of fallen angels that bred with humans to create these abominations called the Nephilim or a race of giant super humans not quite human not quite angel.

a good theory i heard was that mythological gods where simply fallen angels and thats why they dont rule earth anymore also makes sense as to how most mythologys all have something common around the world
