What is the most optimal frequency for tret like i’m currently using it 3 days on and one day off should i change it to every other day or to everyday?

completely depends on how your skin tolerates it. as much as possible (everyday) is ideal. if your skin is tolerant to using 0.025 % everyday move up to 0.05 and so on til 0.1

Have you done sandwich method or how have you done it? I just started and my skin is flaking a lot, only twice a week too

there is 0 reason for this guy to sandwich if his skin is tolerant

I was asking for myself moreso. Is sandwiching good if i have been flaking with my first two applications?

yep i started using clindamycin last week and ive been seeing improvement, although im pretty sure clinda has a limited time frame of usage(around a month)

I haven’t done the sandwich method although it’s a good idea if your starting out with tret for the 1st time

I don't know the time frame of usage off the top of my head by i remember using it for the first two months and it significantly cut down on the tret purge (I basically didn't purge at all). sounds like your skin is relatively oily or are in a humid climate, which is good because you can use a higher concentration tret and reap more anti aging and collagen benefits. gl on the process it sounds like you got it:)

yes it is good if you are flaking badly. also id check if the amount you are using is right (pea size recommended). initially i used way too much and got railed by dryness. slowly try to ease your way out of sandwich once skin has settled.
