If u dont have supraphysiological levels of testosterone or other anabolic agent then forget about growing any of those. Only lower body musculature responds to training stimulus to any significant degree. Upper body is testosterone-only.

That's not true. You can literally see all muscles when somebody is wearing clothes if they train enough or wear tight enough clothes. It all comes together to make a portrait

I can easily gains on upper body but harder the lower it goes.

My ring fingers are giga long
