i changed some stuff on this and i usually skip the first leg day to get an extra rest day, but this is mine

not bad, it could be more optimal though.
Cable lateral raises instead of normal lateral raises
Chest press instead of bench
yeah i got rid of bench and changed around some stuff, tryna optimize it every week, just started taking creatine now so hopefully will see more progress

fucking newfag asking about optimal workout splits like you're actually going to get any decent advice on here, let alone follow through with a proper routine anyway. what makes you think some basic bitch split will change your shitter face from "3/10" to "7/10"? first off, you need to figure out if you even have the genetics to gain worthwhile muscle in the first place before worrying about splits.

Mines retarded but I only do upper body and do excersizes that target lots of muscles. Shoulders, lats, back; biceps triceps; Chest
