At least in america, the average person repeats the same day over and over, never expanding their knowledge in the slightest.
for example the average person has no idea what any of the shit on the back of a food label means.
They don’t know what protein even does, and how it affects their body.
They don’t even know what collagen is, let alone how to prevent the loss of it.
They just pick out the most colorful goyslop from the store and shovel it down.
