Look at NBA players who are all in amazing shape, most of them have hollow cheeks and visible cheekbones. I rarely see someone in good shape that doesn’t have a lean looking face. It’s rare af to see someone lean with a moonface, so saying you’ll still be ugly with a low bf% is cope for being too lazy and undisciplined to get lean

The skinniest i've ever been was in my 13th birthday and I was 95lbs at 5'6" and I did have hollow cheeks but you could tell that my lower third was collapsed.

Later on, the ugliest and most recessed i've ever been was around October/November 2018.

I was 14 turning 15 soon, and still hadn't properly hit puberty. I had a buzzcut, acne, a tiny chin and no cheekbones despite being around 110lbs at 5'10". I did have abs, but it doesn't fucking count when you're that skinny. Granted I was starting to grow taller cause of a spurt so I didn't feel that bad, but I knew that if I wanted to be goodlooking like when I was a kid again, I needed to unironically mew.
