People also use autism as an encompassing term to describe non-NT people but alot of autists even don't come off as non-NT unless it's severe autism

Like autistic ppl just mainly have problems reading social cues and being a bit odd socially but real non-NT people I would consider to be slow people like actual down syndrome and almost mentally handicapped type people that can't even drive or ride a bike or tie their shoes at age 25 and shit like that kind of shit that makes it difficult to get a job or survive daily tbh not just to socialise and slay bitches

Problem is autists are way more common in the non-NT community so any other description of non-NT gets shut down, I would consider autistic/ADHD people to be the normies in the neurodivergent community unless it's extreme or there are circumstances like being autistic/ADHD in India or some shit like shit that really ruins ur life

Some of them might be natural introverts idk some of them might just have been sent there by bullying/trauma etc.

With like so-called autists or even most autists who I've seen irl or on the internet who are confirmed autists have been able to function just fine in terms of survival unlike some others that I met or saw with different more brutal problems, I could classify those others as actual non-NT where they couldn't even drive or ride a bike or work a manual job or even talk properly sometimes or they seemed to be slow in anything they did like properly

Tbh only extreme autists/ADHD or autists/ADHD who grow up in really difficult circumstances like in some third world country or violent shithole ghetto I would consider as actual non-NT, cus that stuff actually ruins your life amongst other less common mental handicaps and it doesn't just make you socially awkward or not able to get girls, even then alot of so called non-NT autists that I knew had no problem in these areas, like it's a whole range of life experiences
