It's insane. Some people I got the gym with take 2 grams per pound of bodyweight or 4.4 grams per kg. Majority take the standard fitness industry recommendation of 1 gram per pound of bodyweight or 2.2 grams per kg. 

It blows my mind how people can be so gullible and for the fitness industry memes. Those legit studies are promoted by supplement companies that want to sell you whey and casein powders. I weigh a 100 kg and i usually take about 100 grams per day. No powders, real food. Milk, eggs and lean meats. Sometimes I may take 110,120 grams per day, other days less, around 90 grams per day. I don't know because I don't count protein hardcore.
Now, disclaimer. This is only true for natty lifters. If you're roiding, you're body essentially turns into a vacuum cleaner for protein amino acids and can absorb way more than a natural lifter.
I have way more muscles mass than these fags that eat over 200 grams per day. Most of them look like they don't even lift. They don't realise that any excess protein the body transforms into glucose. LOL at these fags falling for the high protein meme.
