He is one of those players. Who had the potential to be in the same breath as messi and ronaldo but for some reason he never reached that level. Still phenomenal player tho

Neymar definitely not underrated but for sure would've been in some bigger conversations if he didn't break his back in 2014

I'd probably go Balotelli here I reckon he had serious potential but he couldn't handle the pressure

The thing with Neymar is he is one of those guys who i genuinely thought would go down as GOAT. If you followed Barcelona in the early 2010s you'd the kind of hype this guy had. It was like lamine Yamal but 10 times more. I remember seeing him on TV for th first time thinking damn this kid is good

Maybe I'm just biased but he is still up in GOAT conversations for me, especially dribbler / wingers. Great player all round and everyone knows it
