Neck and Forearms.

Neck- Neck Extensions and Neck Curls+ Shrugs and Deadlifts

Forearms- Use a Grip Strengthener daily and try to max out the machine for reps eventually+ do loads of compound lifts.

Just trust me. If you max out of these two muscle groups you will MOG.

Tbh it's the best compound movement especially if you set it up in a way to hit the back. Its made my posterior chain so strong and makes me look a lot bigger than I actually am.
 
Shrugs are so responsive to neck growth
 
Sadly too much neck training can cause sleep apnea, gotta be careful. I stopped doing neck training for a while because of that

It doesn't. That's only if you have fat in that area. If anything muscle will prevent apnea.

nahh it can, lots of ex fighting guys have this problem since big neck protects you from damage from blows

Any kind of mass around the throat can cause sleep apnea - be it fat or muscle
