Picture on the left seems accurate with 20 percent body fat approximately. Maybe 24 percent body fat at most. It also depends on how your body distributes adipose tissue.

Picture on the right claims 5 percent body fat, but I think that is not accurate. Probably 10 percent body fat. Keep in mind that he is flexing to make his muscles more shaped and visible.

At a true 5 percent, he would have striations and feathering and veins without flexing like he is. Impressive physique, yes, but not 5 percent.
