No toxic or any weird replies thank you, i genuinly struggle mentally when i diet and all this, i get clean face and debloated face for 2 weeks and i think to myself ah a pizza wouldnt hurt and then i fall into the diet hell again and have to start the acsension again. What do yoy guys tell yourself to keep your looks
