im not hating nigger its just a low iq post , goatee is the most used facial hair to fraud especially with ethnic women , its suits faces that are longer and adds width , also draws attention from the jawline to the center of the face and can even fraud a hollow cheeks look and highlights the lips and make them look fuller , it needs to be defined , short mustache like thin with a defined chinstrap is the look but it still depends on the face and your facial hair thickness .
my advice is to experiment and improve your facial hair if you want to fraud bones , search on the org threads about contrast , and colouring , for example if you are gonna have a goatee that is defined you should also define your eyebrows and get a messy haircut with lots of texture ,this is just an example ,
contrast like this :long untamed facial hair with kept eyebrows and long hair , also good colouring healthy white skin and dark brown hair and light eyes

for goatee :
usually a kept haircut but not overly , plus short sides to not make your face look wide , and use the tamed thin mustache and goatee to add width to your lower third to appear as you have a wide jaw , plus tamed eyebrows ( not overly trimmed ) is a good contrast

it may work for you but it may not still depends on your face but there is lots of tricks behind it , if you can pull off clean shaven be clean shaven if you cant try also a tamed stubble, a full beard whatever .
