Mouth breathing and long face

How could mouth breathing elongate my face if my occlusal plane is flat? Like very flat. Wouldn’t it CW tip my OP downward?

I don’t have gum show, if anything I could use more tooth show. It’s like I have a very long face but a short maxilla it seems. How is this possible ?

Long nose genetically I guess. But still I was a brutal mouth breather. Parents got my adenoids taken out at 7 for that specific reason.

I either despise mouth breathers or feel really sorry for them. Do you look like this from the side?

Nope not at all. Just fucking long narrow face from front. My IPD and narrow features exacerbate it, but my midface is still damn long.

Those pics with the backward slanted chin is from a CW rotated maxilla... I don’t have that pattern. I have a steep MP plane though and short ramus.

Facial pattern is more like Ryan Gosling. I’m at least average looking, to some above avg.... but my face is very long nonetheless.

My dad is mouth breather. I'm a nose breather causing me to look completely different from him; I got a compact midface, good upper and lower eye area whereas he has borderline horse face, terrible upper and lower eye area and trash occlusional plane.
