But bro do you think they were just magically born with recessed jaws? My nutrition wasnt good at all when I was young also but my forward growth is good im not recessed and have hollows. I think mouthbreathing puts downward pressure on your mandible aswell as strenghtens your buchinator muscles which cause more downvard pressure. Emphasis on i think.

You’re correct. Having said that that mouth breathing isn’t ideal anyways so even if you are recessed mouth breathing can make it worse.
