Medical tape,most affordable and available.You don't really wanna put sterilizing mouth guard or washing chin strap into your routine.Also apply tape solely on the lips and not the area around them or else you're bound to get acne.

Mouth taping is the best I’d assume.

Chin strap might be mad for teeth.

Mouthguard I’m assuming would interfere with proper tongue posture.
