I had incel tier nasiolabial folds

but I did 48hr fasts, lost hella weight, drank water, and moisurized every day. Theyre still there but its the thought that counts

I actually did lose them. Caused by genetics/being fat/severely dehyrated and playing halo 4 for 15 hours a day. Seriously get an oil free moisturizer and use twice a day.

Everyone that says they got folds most likely had them before
Nobody that said they got folds has ever shown before and afters. And during the months I was using the appliance i did not get folds.
