Defenetly possible with continuous mechanical sress on the edges of the mouth. But will cause wrinkles and nasal folds.

yes bro, there is a surgery that widens the mouth, its called commissuroplasty. It addresses the underlying muscles aswell- but its usually reserved for functional purposes rather than cosmetical purposes as it can include scarring in the corners of the mouth, the scarring can be very visible and it can become keloid scars, or it can fade with time, but its pretty risky anyways.
if you want to get it done anyways, you will have to consider if the pros outweigh the risks of scarring, but given that there are some people in looksmax that cut the corner of their lips for "wider lips" It's defo a better choice to just get surgery lmfao.
