I've read that after scar revision it should be minimalized to almost invisible. You can email Eppley and ask him too.

i've read all of it : ALL except eppley either said it doesn't exist, or it can't be done for comestic purpose because the scars will stay forever. And Eppley himself warns about the scars as a big trade-off. I have yet to see any after pic of scare revision procedure done by it
I'm willing to move to the US if it's worth it. It's the only way to widen the mouth area, beside palate expander/mse. But mse is not made for me since it will gives me nose issue. If this don't work, i guess i'll cope with a palate expander and mouth widening tool...

You can try and remove the scars either with resurfacing lasers or deep phenol acid peels.

I can't tell 100% for the laser, but the phenol acid is known to remove deep scars and wrinkles.

The surgery is risky, in all likelihood it will look like shit. It's a procedure far from perfected.

Internet report above like 50mm, but i think is not is not reliable.
It should be around 54, so you are in the avarage it looks like short due of the upper lips, too big comparated at length.

Honestly if I was you i would focusing on the other features like noise (it looks like jew noise) or a more squared and strong jawline..
Mounth is the typical feature to fix for last.

Well it's the distance between your molars so probably kinda hard to measure urself (ortho would be able to measure). If you have a narrow palate, that could widen your mouth.
