Expansion can widen the upper lip.

potentialy get a MARPE if you have this issue with your jaw/pallete

i don't like posting myself on the forum but i basucally have like a 1.1~1.2 lips to nose ration with a narrow lower jaw idk how to fix any of these issues and even if i fix the mouth it will be too big compared to my lower jaw

Widen your jaw and your mouth will widen a bit with it
