Im worried ive mouthbreated from october to march because of saliva on my pillow, had a cold from a long time

Also saliva on pillow=automatically mouthbreathing?

Which facial changes could it have caused??

I've also got an instant solution for stuffy nose, but's it's a bit painful. Start the sink, put your head under so water flows into one of your nostrils and exits the other, kinda painful, but just as effective.

i actually mew in my sleep but mouthbreathing is bad because your jaw is hanging and your tongue isn't keeping your maxilla from moving/growing downwards not just because you are getting air from mouth

I'm afraid that you have been a mouthbreather all your life. Even with a minor cold, you should still be able to breathe through your nose if you have sufficient intraoral volume. Stop coping, your face is probably recessed af
