Mouthgard cope or no?

I read a thread about flatplane mouthgards improving your teeth and letting your jaw „correct“ itself which also helps maxilla projection etc. Does anybody have tried it themselves and seen results or no results? It kinda seems to good to be true so im not sure if i should get one or not, since the guy said that the best ist to wear them 24/7, and the least you can do is sleep with them and wear them 2-3 hours during the day.

Tldr: Anyone seen improvements with flatplane mouthguard? Anyone not?
