well mse widens the whole maxilla and widens the back palate more (which is good). because it widens the back more it will hit the orbitals more and wont widen the nose as much as a rpe. it also can change other ratios like canthal tilt (2-4 degree increase) and widens your interpupillary distance.there is also more other stuff it changes too. mse is better than sarpe.
have you done your research on how much forward and upward growht you would get at your age as im not sure if u will get much differences even in a 12 month window.

The results would be at my age (15) idk what it would be at 19.
It doesnt change your orbitals and eye tilt.it just widen your zygos a bit but it will definitely cause asymmetry
