Yes. It will decrease it slightly as it expands your zygomatic breadth more than your IPD. Just be careful if your FWHR is already high.

I'd say so. Your mouth is on the narrower side and widening palate can widen it a bit so yeah.

Take a level pic from more than 5 feet away.

Measure the distance between the midpoints of both of your pupils (use some software to count the pixels like ms paint or some app) =A

Measure the distance of your bizygomatic breadth =B

Divide your pupil distance by your bizygomatic breadth, so A/B=quotient

The quotient will be your ESR
