MSE + Facemask is cope

I used mse and facemask for 2 months and turned mse 50 times(btw I haven't had underbite or etc. just wanted to improve my facial bone structure). As a result I ended up with recessed chin. So, don't use facemask if you haven't got malocclusion.

my mouth and base of my nose expanded little bit and now I have more noticeable cheekbones

MSE is good if you got a narrow palate and some sort of underbite.

If you got a good face and never mouth breathed seems pointless.

I’ve told people, you have to wait a few months for things to settle before you judge final results
