MSE & Facial Symmetry

I have a misplaced midline and im pretty sure its from my upper palate. My palate isnt small but I think it should be wider. This also gave me TMJ.
This made my jaw slightly jut out to the side and gave me very slight nasal, ear and eye asymmetries.
(16 years old)
Will an MSE fix my bite and my symmetries?
