MSE + FP question

I think im gonna get MSE but i will not expand my palate, maybe just few mm to open suture

I will ask a treatement from my ortho he will accept then i will never go back to him and just keep MSE in my moith and use it with Facepuller alone for feW years

My question is: Will the mandible follow the advancement of the maxilla??

Mse is expensive as fuck if u dont want to use it dont install it at all
I dont think it follows it tbh
Facemask is useful when the maxilla is recessed and the mandible is not
Something like an underbite
If both of them are recessed you need double jaw surgery

My surgeon said i cant have bimac cuz my mandibl and maxilla are well positioned
But i want ccw

I will ask for it to only widen the palate he will give me. Its 2k where i live

not one case cuz literally theres so few people doing FP and MSE in the world, plus the case i seen where a problem occured in the eyes, they stopped the treatment and symptoms went away
if they kept going they could cause permanent blindness
its some optical nerve getting pressured or sth from endocranial pressure or sth
