How long are you gonna wear it for? I wore mine for a year and was done around the time I came back to posting more on this forum back in October.

I am going to use a facemask in conjunction with the MSE. I know T likes to keep them on for at least 6 months after expansion, so I’m guessing anywhere from 8-10 months, followed by Invisalign treatment.

I’m currently working from home so it’s ideal time to give it a shot.

Ye, I usually wore it once a day but for a long time. My teeth were clean and I guess somewhat well grown but my palate was super narrow and they sort of crumbled up, not enough for full maloclusion though, so I was able to get teeth contouring for my lower ones literally like a week before I actually started posting here again.

I got much better cheekbones and my eyes are a lot more hunter than feminine (cause I used to have actual cat tier PCT but they're more balanced like when I was a kid again). I was a mouhtbreather, so I had to looksmax before I looksminned to the point of it being permanent.

I am happy it worked out well for you. A lot of misinformation & scaremongering on this forum w.r.t. MSE, so its good to see its working in certain applications. I have a pretty broad imw, 44mm, by modern standards, though my dental arches are somewhat narrow and I’ve always wanted a really wide Chad smile. Class I malocclusion with class III tendency i.e. my b point is more advanced than my a-point (mandibular prognathicism not unlike jollie). I’m expanding the lower with quad helix.

interesting your eyes down turned a bit? I typically here that people achieve a minor degree of pct due to the rotational aspects.

The thing about my face is that only the only part that was collapsed/recessed was from below the eyes, kinda in the middle of my nose. So I used to have a diamond shaped face, but I never had any of the other things that usually come with recession such as sclera show, long midface or anything. It was just my actual jaw and maxilla that stayed backwards, and I had a ton of acne too. If it hadn't been for my eye area, I would've been legit -4/10 facially.

Yes, but with my lower eyelids, not the rest, for the reasons I mentioned above. My PCT is still clear cause I have a very pointy medial canthus, but before that I used to have Sminem tier tilt with clearer undereyes (if that makes sense?). My eye shape/outline was pretty much exactly like this girl's, if not even more upturned:

I don't know if my PFL changed, it did probably get a little bit wider again (def more than her's) like when I was a kid. You'll see more on my update pics. I'll tag you.

I'm 46mm IMW after my 10mm MSE expansion. Your arches are going to look crazy wide!
