I have zygos/cheekbone protrusion like this. The only really visible change by MSE is wider zygos no?

How to measure?

Measure this distance with a tape or anything that works really, it's easier with a mold but you can get a decent measure when looking in the mirror

Just measure the distance and look precisely in the mirror with an open smile and looking upwards. What tool are you using?

bite deeply on a cardboard and measure it.
anyways, mse will definitely widen your zygoma to an extent of your genetic potential; how wide your zygoma can be according to your genetics

IT only gives like 1mm of downward growth but you can avoid IT with facemask

Didn't want to make a whole new thread. Does MSE affect the PFL to the point where it becomes noticable?
