Most people who really need MSE will have transverse maxillary deficiency in relation to their lower jaw, meaning that they can expand the upper to meet the lower without any issues. If your bite is already good, you'll need MSE + MSDO or another procedure to widen the lower arch, like SFOT.

you can get Bimax after MSE but you can't get MSE after bimax because bax requires to insert titanium screws into your face, theese screws will stop the face from changing if you wear a MSE or palate expander.
anyway you can remove the screws surgically

I will wear those mse for 6 months and than get my bimax surgery the recovery is brutal in bimax I have to eat from a straw for weeks
