MSE/MARPE vs Malar/Zygo implants

i want to get either of them as they will ascend me really hard

which one should i get ?

I see alot of people here praising MARPE for aesthetics like giant implants, and some saying it's unpredictable and a looksmin

i have an mse. it will be a looksmin if you:
1- have existing asymmmetry, especialy in your nose
2- don't have a narrow palate to begin with.

if your midface and cheekbones are already wider than your lower jaw and upper head, don't do an mse(unless you really need to it fix a crossbite or sumn). It will exacerbate this.

Just get a mma double jaw surgery if you want to ascend mse is mid af

MMA can't give wider cheekbones sadly
